1. Where is the office located?
Our office is conveniently located in Arboretum Office Park, 8035 Providence Road, Suite 315, Charlotte, NC 28277
2. If I need to make an appointment, how long will I have to wait?
We offer same day service when available. For routine appointments,
we will work with you in order to accommodate your needs.
3. What should I do if I know I am going to be late for my appointment?
If you know you are going to be late greater than fifteen minutes, please
notify us right away. We may be able to reschedule your appointment
for the same day if not for another day that is mutually convenient.
4. How do I get my prescription refilled?
If you need your prescription refilled, please contact your pharmacy
and they will contact us to process your request. For your convenience, our offices uses
e-Prescribe, an electronic prescribing service.
5. What do I do if I get sick after the office is closed?
If you have a life threatening or other medical emergency, dial 911
immediately.
If you are not feeling well and it is after office hours, dial our office 704-366-0080, and your call will be forwarded to our triage service, which is staffed by trained nurses who if need be will contact the on call physician.
6. What happens if my health insurance policy does not cover a service?
Our office makes every effort to assist you in determining or identifying
services which are covered under your health insurance plan. Most health
insurance companies verify benefits but state that this is not a guarantee
for payment. Please refer to your health insurance manual that states
your benefits and contact your health insurance company if you have
any questions. Payment in full is required for all non-covered services
at the time of your visit.
